Odisha FC have added two more players to their first-team squad ahead of the 2026-27 Indian Super League season, announcing the signings of forward Imran Khan and goalkeeper Vishnuprasath.
Both players have joined the Kalinga Warriors on one-year contracts as the club continues preparations for the upcoming ISL campaign.
Imran Khan brings considerable experience of Indian football to the Odisha FC squad. The forward has previously represented several clubs, including Mohammedan SC, FC Goa, Gokulam Kerala, Mohun Bagan, NorthEast United FC, Jamshedpur FC and Chennaiyin FC.
During the 2025-26 season, Khan made 10 ISL appearances for Chennaiyin FC and found the net once. He will now look to add further depth and experience to Odisha FC’s attacking options.
Speaking after completing the move, Khan said: “I’m very happy to join Odisha FC and take on this opportunity. I’ve experienced different stages of Indian football throughout my career, and I’m looking forward to bringing that experience to the team. I’m ready to contribute and give my best for the club.”
Meanwhile, Vishnuprasath has joined Odisha FC to strengthen their goalkeeping department. The goalkeeper arrives following spells with Thamizhan FC, Vizag FC and Swaraj FC and has also gained domestic experience representing Telangana and Tamil Nadu at Santosh Trophy level.
Vishnuprasath was also listed with Chennaiyin FC’s U21 setup during the 2025-26 season. He has signed a one-year deal with the Kalinga Warriors.
The goalkeeper is looking at the move as an opportunity to take another step forward in his career.
“Joining Odisha FC is an important opportunity for me and a chance to take the next step in my career. I’m looking forward to working with the team, learning every day and making the most of the opportunity. I’m determined to contribute whenever I’m called upon,” Vishnuprasath said.
Both players will now link up with the Odisha FC squad as preparations continue for the 2026-27 campaign.
