Sept. 9 (UPI) — Warner Bros. is giving a glimpse of the new film Remain.

The studio shared a teaser trailer for the movie Wednesday featuring Jake Gyllenhaal and Bridgerton actress Phoebe Dynevor.

Remain is a supernatural romantic drama based on the M. Night Shyamalan and Nicholas Sparks (A Walk to Remember) novel of the same name.

Gyllenhaal plays Tate Gordon, a reclusive architect who moves to a small coastal town for his latest project.

The character “encounters an alluring young woman who pulls him out of his shell, and into the center of a deadly mystery that hangs over the town,” an official description reads.

Ashley Walters, Julie Hagerty and Joy O. Sanders also star.

Remain opens in theaters in February 2027.
